The CED7000 GEN-2 is the updated version of one of the most widely used shot timers by sport shooters and range officers worldwide. This improved version offers practical enhancements while maintaining full compatibility with existing accessories from the CED7000 series.
Improved Hardware
The new rubberized control buttons offer significantly improved tactile feedback and increased durability in daily use. The display is now protected by scratch-resistant Gorilla Glass, enhancing readability under varying light conditions. The charging port has been changed from a round connector to a USB-C port, simplifying and standardizing the charging process. The CED7000 GEN-2 is now powered by an internal, rechargeable 1200 mAh lithium battery – an increase of 33% compared to the previous 900 mAh battery. This upgrade provides noticeably longer usage between charging cycles.
Extended Features
The timer stores up to 10 strings with up to 99 shots each. Users can set custom par times – including multiple par times with variable delays accurate to one hundredth of a second. The device offers several start modes (instant, fixed, random), a stopwatch mode, an alarm function, and a "Spy Mode" for tracking other shooters discreetly.
Compatibility and Accessories
All accessories from the original CED7000 – including silicone skins, belt clips, carry cases, and the RF module – remain fully compatible. This ensures a seamless upgrade for existing users.
