Space Requirements On Press
On the Dillon XL750, the powder measure is angled so that the Powder Bar extends directly over station 4. This creates clearance issues if a powder check is used in station 3 and a bullet dropper in station 4. The standard Powder Bar is too long and impacts the bullet dropper, preventing correct function.
Compact Design Solution
This extra-short Powder Bar resolves the clearance issue by shortening the extension range toward station 4 by 30 millimeters. When fully extended, the charge bar avoids contact with a Mr.Bulletfeeder dropper or Mini Mr.BF tube assembly. The charge capacity is approximately 95 percent of the standard small Dillon charge bar.
Adjustment And Material
Adjusting the powder charge requires a 2.5 millimeter Allen key, which is not included. The click-adjustable screw provides 12 clicks per rotation for a precise charge setting. The Powder Bar is manufactured from black anodized 6061 aluminum, ensuring a stable and reliable operation.
