DAA Electronic Hearing Protection EHP27

Active Noise Reduction

The DAA EHP27 is an electronic hearing protector with built-in amplification for ambient sounds such as speech or warning signals. Impulse noise, such as gunfire, is detected and reduced to safe levels within fractions of a second. The EHP27 thus ensures effective protection while maintaining situational awareness in loud environments.

Comfortable Design

The earmuffs come pre-equipped with high-quality gel cushions, improving both comfort and sound insulation – especially when used with glasses. The lightweight design and adjustable headband ensure a secure fit even during extended wear.

Additional Features

A 3.5 mm audio input allows playback from external devices such as smartphones or radios. The appropriate stereo cable is included. An automatic shut-off function powers down the unit after four hours of continuous use. The device is powered by two AAA batteries, providing approximately 200–350 hours of runtime, depending on battery type.

Handling and Transport

The EHP27 folds into a compact shape for easy transport in the included hard-shell case. Operation is managed via a combined on/off and volume control wheel.
